You can use the Copy Existing Checklist/Node feature to copy an existing Checklist or Node from one PHA to another. If you have the necessary access and permissions, you can also copy a Checklist or Node from one Plant to another. When copying a Checklist or Node, it will include the following fields by default:
- Group (What-If/Checklist)
- Question (What-If/Checklist)
- Guideword (HAZOP)
- Scenario
- Consequences/Hazards
You also have the option to include these additional fields:
- Before Risk Ranking*
- After Risk Ranking*
- Recommendation Filters**
- Controls
- Comments
- Recommendation
- Actions
- Assigned To
- Due Date
- Status***
- Completed Date***
- Attachments
*Risk Rankings are available if the Source and Destination are using the same Risk Matrix.
**Recommendation Filters are available to select if the Source and Destination are within the same Company (and they exist)
***The Status and Completed Date fields are linked – if you select or deselect one, it will select or deselect the other one as well.
How do I copy an existing Checklist?
1. Navigate to Compliance > Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) > What-If/Checklist and select the PHA you want to copy a Checklist to.
2. Then select the Copy Existing Checklist Button on the left-hand side.
3. Select a Source Plant for the PHA with the Checklist you want to copy and select the Next Button.
4. Select the PHA(s) you want to copy Checklist(s) from, then select the specific Checklists and fields you want to include, and select the copy Button.
5. After selecting the Copy Button, the Checklists will be copied to the Destination’s PHA.
How do I copy an existing Node?
1. Navigate to Compliance > Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) > HAZOP and select the PHA you want to copy a Node to.
2. Then select the Copy Node Checklist Button on the left-hand side.
3. Select a Source Plant for the PHA with the Node you want to copy and select the Next Button.
4. Select the PHA(s) you want to copy Node(s) from, then select the specific Nodes and fields you want to include, and select the Copy Button.
5. After selecting the Copy Button, the Nodes will be copied to the Destination’s PHA.
