The Copy PHA feature allows you to copy a PHA (What-If/Checklist or HAZOP) within the Plant and select which fields to include in the copy. The following fields are included by default:
- Group (What-If/Checklist)
- Question (What-If/Checklist)
- Guideword (HAZOP)
- Scenario
- Consequences/Hazards
The following fields can be selected to be included:
- Before Risk Ranking
- After Risk Ranking
- Recommendation Filters
- Controls
- Comments
- Recommendation
- Actions
- Assigned To
- Due Date
- Status*
- Completed Date*
- Attachments
*The Status and Completed Date fields are linked – if you select or deselect one, it will select or deselect the other one as well.
How do I copy a What-If/Checklist PHA?
1. Navigate to Compliance > Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) > What-If/Checklist
2. Select the Copy PHA Button to the right of the PHA you want to copy.
3. Select the fields you want to include and select Copy.
4. After you select the Copy Button, the PHA will be copied (including the title).
How do I copy a HAZOP PHA?
1. Navigate to Compliance > Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) > HAZOP
2. Select the Copy PHA Button to the right of the PHA you want to copy.
3. Select the fields you want to include and select Copy.
4. After you select the Copy Button, the PHA will be copied (including the title).
